GLW Conseil is one of Madagascar’s leading firms in environmental and social impact assessment and in environmental policy and legislation. GLW Conseil has been a key contributor to much of Madagascar’s environmental legislation.
RESOLVE personnel have collaborated with GLW Conseil primarily in projects on environmental law & policy, including a legal and capacity assessment for establishing a system of No Net Loss / Net Gain in biodiversity for development projects, an analysis of environmental assessment legislation and, together with Richfield Investor Services, a feasibility study for the establishment of a gold refinery in Madagascar.
