Minosoa holds a Master’s degree in Applied Biological Sciences and has more than 15 years of experience in managing biodiversity, protected areas, and natural resources. After completing an aquaculture training at the Centre de Développement de Culture des Crevettes (CDCC) in Mahajanga in 2002, she joined RESOLVE in 2003 as a research consultant for the research phase (study of the state of knowledge and potential of fishing and eel farming in Madagascar) of a project to develop the eel and glass eel industry, as well as for the feasibility study and implementation of this project in Madagascar.

Following a training course in Marine and Coastal Protected Areas Management organized by MNP and McArthur (IHSM, Toliara, 2006), she became Project Manager at Resolve, and since then, she has been responsible for the technical, administrative, and financial management of the firm’s projects. Of Malagasy nationality, fluent in French and proficient in English (reading, writing, speaking), she also speaks several national dialects.
